i created my account as personal instead of work

I set up my email under my personal microsoft 365 but I need a work account instead.

    Hi Kay,

    You should have purchased the Microsoft 365 Business plan to get a Work account. Please purchase a Microsoft 365 Business plan (Basic, Standard, or Premium) at microsoft.com/microsoft-365/business. This creates a new business tenant with a work email.

    Cancel your Microsoft 365 Personal subscription once the business account is fully set up and data is transferred.
