Thanks for posting here in Microsoft Community, I understand that you’re unable to sign in to your computer and that the internet keeps disconnecting unexpectedly.
Here's what you can do, first restart your PC into Safe Mode by holding Shift while selecting Restart from the power icon on the Windows sign‑in screen then go to Troubleshoot after that Advanced options and Startup Settings and Restart then press 4 or F4 (do not choose a networking option), and try signing in if it works, Windows is fine and the issue is likely network‑ or user‑service‑related if it still fails, return to the sign‑in screen and switch between PIN and password, as PIN sign‑ins can fail when Windows can’t reach account services.
Also, can you confirm does it say “Something went wrong” or just freeze?
