my PowerPoint does not function

when i try to lock to my PowerPoint it gives me problems it does not go through systems don't operate

Meanwhile, I may take a guess that PowerPoint is either freezing at startup or there may be a problem with the Office installation itself. This can happen if Office is outdated, an add-in is blocking PowerPoint, or some Office files are damaged.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

First, restart the PC and make sure Office is fully updated, since updates often fix startup and sign-in problems.

Next, open PowerPoint in Safe Mode by pressing Windows + R, typing powerpnt /safe, and pressing Enter. If it opens there, it usually means an add-in is causing the problem, so it is recommended that you disable add-ins and test again.

If it still does not work, go to Apps and Features > Microsoft 365/Office > Modify, then try Quick Repair first, and Online Repair if needed. That replaces damaged Office files without fully reinstalling right away.

If Word and Excel also have the same issue, it is suggested that the problem may be with the full Office install or Windows profile, not just PowerPoint.
