I am posting this since it was impossible to get an email address or submit any tickets to Microsoft Support, and the automated helps did not work.
So the story is the following:
- I have opened a PowerPoint which automatically signed my Microsoft Account in, which, therefore resulted in my address and password being compromised.
- Then I got emails to my connected Gmail account that the Microsoft Account got security details attached to another email (which is not mine).
- Then one-time security codes got issued to both addresses.
- Then my originally attached Gmail got changed in the security details to the other one (still not mine).
- Then my originally attached Gmail has been deleted from the security details.
All this happened in the matter of minutes, and had no time to retaliate. The result is, that I got locked out of my account and cannot access to my OneDrive either and now it shows that the account no longer exists:


I have tried to use the Microsoft Account recovery form, however the automated check was unsuccessful at every attempt that I have tried. I could be able to prove my identity and that the account is mine since I have purchased a Microsoft Surface 9 Pro from that account and I have the banking details as well, etc. Also since this account was attached to other accounts, those have been stolen as well, however I could recover them easily with purchase details.
It would be crucial for me to get back my account, since my OneDrive contained files that I need on a daily basis.
How do I receive help from Microsoft Staff regarding this issue?
