This issue cannot be fixed directly in the Pearson VUE portal and requires support intervention so that the correct Pearson VUE ID and Microsoft Learn/Certification profile are aligned before the exam.
Use Microsoft Credentials Support to get this resolved:
- Go to Microsoft Credentials Support: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help
- Open a support request under the Credentials/Certification area.
- In the ticket, provide:
- Full name (exactly as on the exam confirmation and government ID).
- Microsoft Learn account sign-in email.
- Both Pearson VUE Candidate IDs (the “original” and the “new/duplicated” one).
- The DP-750 exam appointment details (order number, registration ID, date/time) from the confirmation email.
- A clear description that the exam is associated with a different Pearson VUE ID that cannot be accessed.
If Pearson VUE support has already confirmed the duplication on their side, include that information and any case number in the Microsoft Credentials Support request so that the accounts and exam registration can be corrected and the result later appears on the correct Microsoft Certification profile.
