Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
To see when the Microsoft 365 subscription expires and whether it needs to be renewed:
- Go to the Microsoft account Subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services.
- Sign in with the same Microsoft account that was used to activate or purchase the 15‑month Microsoft 365 subscription.
- Under Subscriptions, review the details:
- If it shows Expires on [date], that is the expiration date; renewal is needed before or on that date if continued use is desired.
- If it shows a circular arrow and Next charge information, recurring billing is turned on and the subscription will renew automatically on the date shown unless recurring billing is turned off or the subscription is canceled.
If the subscription was purchased as a physical box or card from a retail store and has not yet been activated with a product key, the subscription term does not start until that key is entered or the activation link in the email receipt is followed.
If the expiration date shown online does not match expectations, contact Microsoft Support for assistance.
