restore deleted calendar event

i think i accidentally deleted a calendar event. Can I restore?

Hi! If it was deleted recently, there is a good chance you can restore it in Outlook.com. Deleted Outlook items, including calendar appointments, first go to Deleted Items. If it is not there, open Deleted Items and select Recover items deleted from this folder in Outlook.com on the web, items removed from Deleted Items are generally recoverable for 30 days.

Yes, a deleted calendar event in Outlook on the web/Outlook.com can usually be restored if it is still within the retention period.

Follow these steps in Outlook on the web or Outlook.com:

1. In the left pane, select Deleted Items.
2. Look for the deleted calendar event (appointments and meetings are stored there after deletion).
3. Select the event.
4. At the top, choose Move and select Calendar (or the calendar folder it originally belonged to).

If it is no longer in Deleted Items:

1. In the left pane, select Deleted Items.
2. At the top of the message list, select Recover items deleted from this folder.
3. In the Recoverable Items list, select the calendar item(s) to restore.
4. Select Restore.

Restored calendar items are returned to the original calendar when possible. If the original folder no longer exists, calendar items go to the default calendar.

If the event is not in Deleted Items or Recoverable Items, it has likely been permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
