Open your browser settings, go to Extensions, find OneNote Web Clipper, then check Site access or Permissions and set it to “On all sites.” After that, open your browser Settings, go to Privacy, then disable any strict tracking prevention or enhanced protection temporarily, then restart the browser. Finally, open OneNote on the web, sign in, then launch the clipper again from a normal tab, not InPrivate or Incognito. This refreshes extension permissions and allows it to connect properly to your account.
