External User Invitations Failing – “Insufficient Privileges” Error

Hello,

I am the Global Administrator of my Entra ID tenant. I was able to invite external users earlier, but now:

  • All external invitations fail.
  • Error: “Insufficient privileges to complete the operation.”
  • Access to some blades (Authorization Policy, Conditional Access) returns 404 errors or “You do not have access”.

According to the symptoms, the internal tenant object “AuthorizationPolicy” is missing or corrupted. This is a known issue that prevents any B2B guest invitations, even for Global Administrators.

Please check and restore the AuthorizationPolicy object for my tenant.

Thank you.
