I need help fixing my name so I can take my test

Question

I am supposed to take a test in 45 min my name shows up three times. How do I delete two of my names so I can take the test because My name is only on my ID one time.

You update your Legal name on your Microsoft Learn profile under Settings https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/settings

The legal name on the exam registration must exactly match the name on the government-issued ID. When the name is incorrect or duplicated and the exam is imminent, the only supported path is to contact certification support or the exam delivery provider immediately so they can correct the profile or advise on next steps.

Use the dedicated Credentials Support channel right away and provide your MS ID, Registration ID, and scheduled exam time so they can prioritize the case:
