In this case, you can create a recovery drive using the Backup & Restore process (Windows 7), however, you need an external hard drive via USB, ideally a laptop, to perform the backup process.

This is a local process, as most recovery drive options have the same conditions as the article above.
The other option is to use third-party software such as Macrium Reflect (free) with the option to clone the SSD to an external drive.
But honestly, what I recommend is that you back up your files and perform a clean Windows installation before reinstalling the software. Because, generally, with the same hardware, it's very difficult to have problems, but it's possible. If the hardware changes, you might experience issues with the operating system.
