If you’ve recently purchased additional storage, please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours for the changes to fully update across all services. If you don’t see the update after this period, try signing out of your account and signing back in.
After that, you can verify your updated storage by visiting: https://outlook.live.com/
Then go to Settings > Accounts > Storage, and expand both the Microsoft Storage and Cloud Storage sections to check the updated usage.
If the storage still hasn’t updated after 48 hours, the best next step is to contact Microsoft Support so they can review your account and assist you further.

Sign in to your Microsoft account.
Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.
Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.
Click "Contact support" at the bottom.
Select the product you need help with.
Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent or request a call back.
