2026-04-01T07:58:54.33+00:00 What is happening here is that Outlook and Microsoft 365 are showing different storage states due to a sync or cached data issue, even though your actual Microsoft storage is already updated.
Check and fully clear hidden mailbox storage
Go to: https://outlook.live.com/
Then open:
Go to Settings > Accounts > Storage, open Deleted Items and Recoverable Items, and make sure both folders are completely emptied if you no longer need to restore anything from there.
Are you signed in to your account on multiple devices? If yes, sign out of all of them, then sign back in again.
If Microsoft 365 shows you still have free space but Outlook does not update, then it confirms this is a display/sync issue, not a real storage problem.

2026-04-01T01:40:24.99+00:00 Hi,
I understand how concerning this must be, especially since it has already been more than 48 hours.
Since your 100 GB storage purchase is still not reflecting after the expected sync time, this is no longer a normal delay and may require a manual refresh of your subscription on Microsoft’s side.
In the meantime, try the following:
Sign out of your Outlook account completely
Restart your device
Sign back in.
If the issue persists, check your storage at https://outlook.live.com/
Under Settings > Accounts > Storage, and if it still shows as full or unchanged, the issue is likely on the account provisioning side.
In this case, please contact Microsoft Support so they can check it for you:
Click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/
Sign in to your Microsoft account.
Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.
Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.
Click "Contact support" at the bottom.
Select the product you need help with.
Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent or request a call back.
