Copilot is not working from my phone in Outlook

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with Copilot in Outlook on my Android phone. Previously, I was able to select a paragraph and use Copilot to reword it without any problems. However, it is now no longer working.

Each time I try to use the feature, I receive the message: “Dismiss, sorry, Copilot can’t help with that right now.”

I am paying for this service, so I expect it to function properly. Could you please advise why this is happening and when it will be resolved?

When did it stop working?

Did you try a different network, like Mobile data, to isolate the problem?

I just saw the screenshot now. Could you please try resetting Outlook as well similar to Microsoft Copilot?

Super Weird. Let us Reset the app and see if that helps.

Open Settings on your Android device

1. Go to Apps / Apps & notifications
2. Tap See all apps (if needed)
3. Find and select Microsoft Copilot
4. Tap Storage & cache
5. Tap Clear cache (safe step first)
6. Then tap Clear storage / Clear data
7. Confirm the action
