HOW DO I FIX THIS??? i didnt recieve some important emails because of this stupid glitch, my outlook wont accept emails and its not even full like why does this horrible service even exist from a company like microsoft

After freeing up space (or purchasing additional storage), it can take up to 24 - 48 hours for everything to fully update across your account. Have you already waited that time and checked OneDrive again?
