Subject:

Request for manual re-evaluation of Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox eligibility

Body:

Hello Microsoft Team, I have joined the Microsoft 365 Developer Program, but my dashboard shows "You don't currently qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox subscription". I am a software developer/IT professional, and I need the E5 sandbox for Microsoft 365 development and testing work.

My account: [Moderator note: personal info removed]

Correlation ID: [Moderator note: personal info removed]

Please help me re-evaluate my eligibility and activate the sandbox subscription. Thank you!

    Dear haoze li

Please note that the qualification and renewal process for Microsoft 365 Developer Program tenants is fully automated and driven by predefined algorithms and telemetry. As such, there is no ability to manually reset or override Developer Program eligibility. In my role as a community moderator, I am therefore limited to providing guidance only.

In your situation, I recommend reviewing the Microsoft 365 Developer Program FAQ, especially the following sections, for detailed eligibility information:

Based on the information in those sections, the E5 developer subscription is primarily available to:

    • Visual Studio Professional or Enterprise subscribers (automatic qualification)
    • Companies in ISV Success / Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program eligible tiers
    • Organizations with Premier or Unified Support (via their Microsoft contacts)

Based on my experience, you may consider one of the following options:

I hope this information is helpful and clarifies the situation.
