If you have a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription, you can only use the Office apps on PC's that you log into with your own Microsoft account.
To add other users, you would need to switch to the Microsoft 365 Family subscription, then share your subscription with the other person, so they can install the Office apps using their own Microsoft account.

That process because you are switching to a version that has more features, is you need to start a new subscription to Microsoft 365 Family, you will be charged for a full new subscription, and the remaining time on the Personal Microsoft 365 subscription will be converted to the Family subscription at a pro-rata percentage (usually 92%).
