how can I delete one group me account

I created one account on my phone with same and I can't access to the old account, how can I delete one I created recently

If you created a new Microsoft account on your phone and can no longer access your old account, you can delete the new one by signing in at account.microsoft.com then going to "Your info" choose "Account settings" and selecting "Close your account" then completing the verification steps. If your goal is to get back the old account do not delete anything instead use the password reset or account recovery option at account.live.com/password/reset since deleting an account is permanent after the closure period. This keeps things clean and avoids data or access loss.
