Can we search for all documents by one owner?

Hello Support Team,

Our team is reviewing options to maintain our team's documentation. One option is that each document owner can view all of the documents they own. I don't see an option in our wiki pages to pull up all of the documents I (or another person) owns?

Thanks in advance for any guidance on this, and please feel free to contact me as needed.

Respectfully...

    Hi @Erickson, Bobby E

    I hope you’re having a great day.

Thank you very much for your patience and for taking the time to clarify your requirement.

Based on your description, it looks like you are specifically working with Azure DevOps (ADO) Wiki and would like to find all wiki documentation by document owner or author.

However, Azure DevOps Wiki does not currently provide a built‑in way to list or search all wiki pages by document owner or author through the user interface.

In Azure DevOps, wiki pages are stored as Markdown files in a Git repository. While you can view the history of an individual page to see who created or modified it, there is no supported UI feature that allows you to centrally filter or report on all wiki pages by owner or author across the entire wiki.

Additionally, since my current support category mainly focuses on general Microsoft 365 and Office 365 topics (such as SharePoint, Teams, and related services), and your scenario involves Azure DevOps Wiki, it falls outside the scope of what I can fully troubleshoot or validate within this area.

To ensure you receive the most accurate, product‑specific, and dedicated guidance and to avoid any misunderstandings or delays. I strongly recommend posting your question in the Azure Community Forum, which is the dedicated channel for Azure DevOps–related discussions. In the Microsoft Azure Community Forum, you’ll find the most qualified group of respondents, and other partners who regularly read the forums can share their knowledge or learn from your interaction.
