Cannot access Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub (error=no-account / No user found)

Founders hub account creation, unable to create it.
I successfully signed up through Azure for Startups and can access the Azure for Startups dashboard. However, I do not have access to Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub. All Founders Hub login links (including https://startups.microsoft.com/foundershub) redirect me back to the Startups page, Microsoft Learn content, or Azure, and I see “No user found” / error=no-account. I cannot submit a support ticket because the Founders Hub portal does not exist for my account. Please escalate this to the Microsoft for Startups / Founders Hub team to manually provision or bind my Microsoft account (******@gmail.com) to a Founders Hub startup profile.

2026-04-01T18:37:42.38+00:00 The answer does not alleviate the issue of an account loop. I am unable to apply for Founders Hub. The loop continues. I need Founders hub support to evaluate my account to determine why the loop takes me back to the "Start Building with Microsoft" page. Please resolve the issue so that i can apply. Thank you
