My subscription is not listed on my subscriptions page

After signing in (an overly difficult process), I clicked on my subscriptions page to see which subscription I have and when it renews. But no subscriptions are listed for me.

I notice that others have had this problem recently, but when I click on the link to their questions, I'm taken to a generic page that has no relevant information.

I received an email notice that my subscription (whatever it is) is supposed to renew automatically on 04/30/2026. I would like to check this out with a view toward possibly upgrading.

Finally, I would appreciate a human-generated response to the above questions and issues.

Regards,

William Barnett

The subscriptions page only shows subscriptions that are active and correctly associated with the account used to sign in. If no subscriptions are listed, the most common causes are:

    1. The subscription is linked to a different email account than the one used to sign in.
    2. The subscription has expired and is no longer active.

    To troubleshoot:

    1. Confirm the correct sign-in account
      • Use the same email address that appears in the renewal/auto‑renewal email.
      • If there is more than one Microsoft account (for example, personal and work/school), sign out and then sign in again with each possible account to check which one holds the subscription.
      • Go to the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page using that email and verify whether the subscription appears and whether the renewal date matches the email notice.
    2. Check subscription status and renewal
      • On the Services & subscriptions page, verify:
        • That the subscription is listed.
        • That the status shows either an expiration date or that recurring billing is turned on with the correct renewal date.
    3. If the subscription still does not appear
      • If the subscription was provided by an organization (work or school), sign in using the work/school email that the subscription was assigned to. If unsure of those credentials, contact the organization’s network or Microsoft 365 administrator for assistance.
      • If the subscription should be active and cannot be found under any account, contact Microsoft Support so they can review the account and subscription details and correct any account or billing issues.

Once the subscription is visible and active on the Services & subscriptions page, upgrading or changing the plan can be done from that same page by managing that subscription.
