New Outlook Calendar events when editing there is no option for custom reminders. Is there a work around?

Hello !
You're right : unfortunately, at the moment, you cannot set custom reminders on the new version of Outlook.
If you need them, you can try to switch to Microsoft To-Do (which allows custom reminders), or, if you do not want to use another app, you'll need to go back to the classic version of Outlook.
