I have signed up for free trial and there is now record of it when I sign in

To get help with a missing or unrecognized Microsoft 365 free trial, contact Microsoft Support directly rather than searching for the trial in the portal.

For personal (home) subscriptions and billing issues, use the online support flow:

1. Go to the Microsoft Support contact page: Contact – Microsoft Support.
2. Type a brief description such as “Missing Microsoft 365 free trial” in the search box.
3. Select Get Help, then choose Contact Support or the equivalent option.
4. Under Products & Services, select the Microsoft 365 & Office category.
5. Under Category, select Manage my subscription.
6. Confirm, then choose Chat with a support agent or request a call back if that option is offered.

If phone support is available for the region and scenario, the flow above will surface the phone or call-back option. If not, use chat, which is the primary channel for personal subscription and billing issues.
