Hello,
I have a client who has only one account set as the global admin/owner. They are using MS 365 Standard and MS Entra ID Free. They replaced their phone and now have a different MS Authenticator but it doesn't work without re-registering it in MS Entra, so we can't use it to authenticate to get into MS Entra a reset the account. How can this be fixed?
