    Welcome Robert Tindal,

I understand how frustrating it can be when you want to remove a mobile device partnership for Outlook on your iOS phone and you are unable to locate the Mobile Devices option.

To help narrow this down, could you please confirm:

    • Are you using a personal Outlook.com account or a work or school account?

In the meantime, you can try the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

Step 1: Sign in to Outlook on the web using a browser and go to your Microsoft account

Step 2: Select Devices and review the list

    • Check for any phones or tablets associated with your account

Step 3: Go to Settings > General > Mobile devices

    • Look for the device partnership associated with your iOS device
    • Select the device and choose Remove

Step 4: Restart the Outlook app on your iOS device

    • Sign in again to re‑establish a fresh device partnership if needed

Step 5: If the device does not appear, remove and re‑add the account on the iOS device

I hope this information helps resolve your issue. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me again in this thread.
