Cannot find a “repeat action“ command on Excel iPad

For decades, I have been used to using Command + Y to repeat actions. But now, using Microsoft 365 Excel on my iPad I cannot find any way to repeat actions. Neither Command + Y. Nor Cntrl + Y work

Excel for iPad does not support the desktop-style Command+Y / Ctrl+Y keyboard shortcut for “Repeat action,” and there is no separate “Repeat” command exposed in the iPad UI like on Windows or macOS desktop.

On supported Office platforms, repeating an action is done with Ctrl+Y / F4 (Windows) or ⌘+Y (macOS), or via the Repeat button on the ribbon/Quick Access Toolbar, but these options are documented only for Windows, macOS, and web/desktop scenarios. The iPad version provides more limited undo/redo/repeat functionality and does not currently offer an equivalent configurable “Repeat action” command or shortcut.
