Enable presenters to setup breakout rooms in Teams Webinar

Question

It seems presenters in a webinar are unable to setup and manage breakout rooms. Is this feature on the Teams roadmap? It is very limiting when only the meeting organiser can setup and manage breakout rooms, and creates a single point of failure for large meetings.
