When I search for Rubux of typing a Roblox, why does the rubux for Roblox doesn't show up?

    Robux may not appear in search results because Microsoft Rewards items are not always searchable. If Robux is out of stock, temporarily unavailable, or restricted in your region, it will not show up at all, even when searching for “Roblox” or “Robux”.

    The usual flow is to go directly to the Microsoft Rewards > Redeem page and browse instead of using search.

    • If Robux is missing entirely, it usually means it’s temporarily unavailable or region‑limited, not an account issue.
    • Microsoft does not publish restock times, so availability can change without notice.

    Hope they will return soon!
