"New Message" in Quick Steps?

When will "New Message" be reintroduced back into Quick Steps? This has become a real inconvenience not having this. i have to send out constant emails with the same layout to the same groups and now I have to copy and paste every time instead of just using a quick step like before.

Unfortunately, there is no announced or documented timeline for reintroducing "New Message” into Quick Steps in the New Outlook for Windows (and Outlook on the web).

However, many features have been developed or improved based on users' feedback. If this feature is critical to your workflow, I recommend you submit it directly via:

Quick Steps in Outlook can currently automate actions only on existing messages (for example, move, mark as read, forward, reply, flag, etc.). They do not include an action to create a brand-new message in the New Outlook experience, and there is no documented option or timeline in the provided information for reintroducing a “New Message” Quick Step.

For repetitive layouts and recipients, the supported pattern is to use Quick Steps on received messages (for filing, marking done, deferring, etc.) and combine that with other features such as templates or standard replies, rather than a Quick Step that starts a new message. Quick Steps remain message-focused automation, as described in the documentation.
