When you say “old info”, what exactly is Windows showing incorrectly at sign‑in? For example:

In the meantime, please try the following:
Step 1: Force Windows to refresh the account connection
- Sign in to Windows (even if it still shows old info).
- Go to Settings > “Accounts” > “Your info”.
- Select “Sign in with a local account instead” and complete the steps.
- Restart the PC.
Step 2: Reconnect the Microsoft account
- Return to Settings > “Accounts” > “Your info”.
- Select “Sign in with a Microsoft account instead”.
- Sign in using the updated account details only.
