I do not own the website and I cannot make the UK government to remove it. Please help me remove it on Bing's end.

In that case, you can still try the Content Removal Tool and select Remove page. Bing usually reviews removal requests within a few days/weeks depending on the volume of the requests they are handling. If you're a European resident who want to make a Right to Be Forgotten Request to block search results on Bing in response to searches on their name. You can visit this link:https://www.bing.com/webmaster/tools/eu-privacy-request

You can also request your concern to Bing directly

    Hi,

Search engines like Bing cannot remove content directly from websites. If your information is available on the website itself, you’ll need to contact the website owner or their support team to request its removal, since Bing can only display content that is already publicly accessible online. If it is already a dead link or inaccessible, you can submit a request through the Content Removal Tool .

To request removal or blocking of Bing search results that show a personal address, use Bing’s official reporting and privacy request channels.

    1. If located in the EU or UK and the result appears when searching for a name, submit a “right to be forgotten” request so Microsoft can evaluate blocking that result for name-based queries:
      • Go to the Bing privacy request form for European residents and request that Microsoft block search results on Bing in response to searches on the name. The form asks for details about the URLs and why they are inadequate, irrelevant, no longer relevant, or excessive.
      • Microsoft will review the request, balancing privacy interests with the public interest in access to information. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a particular search result will be blocked.
    2. If outside the EU/UK, or in addition to the above, report the specific URL as a concern to Bing:
      • Use the “report these to Microsoft Bing” option for particular URLs or information contained in search results. A concern report may result in removal only in limited circumstances, but it is the correct channel for safety and privacy issues.
    3. Understand the scope of what Bing can do:
      • Bing does not publish or control the content on the website itself. Even if Bing blocks or delists the URL from certain search results, the content remains on the web.
      • To remove the address from the internet entirely, contact the site owner or webmaster (for example, the government site that hosts the address). Only they can delete or change the original content.
    4. After submitting:
      • Bing may delist or block some URLs for name-based queries if the legal and policy criteria are met.
      • When Bing removes results, it typically shows a notice at the bottom of the results page indicating that some results were removed in response to legal or policy requests.
