After you cleared files and emptied the OneDrive recycle bin, it can take 24 hours before you can see the storage change. The change is not immediate.
I can't send emails.

My Onedrive storage was full, so I deleted everything.
I logged out & in again, but I still can't send emails.
It states that I'm over my storage limit of 100gb.

Sign in with your personal Microsoft account
In the left-hand menu, click Recycle bin
At the top, click Empty recycle bin
Confirm by clicking Delete
✅ This permanently deletes all files inside the Recycle Bin.

2026-04-02T03:39:58.7833333+00:00 Yes, I was aware of that. I'd cleared enough files to be under the storage limit yesterday, so I didn't expect to see the same message today. I'll check it again tomorrow, hopefully it's all clear.
