Shared files are not opening

Hi,

Today I faced a situation where a shared file from my personal onedrive to my work mail ID is not working. I am getting an error when I am trying to edit the file it asked me to login then getting "sign in not complete" on the address bar.

    Based on your description, you cannot share file from personal OneDrive to work account and getting error when trying to edit the file.

    You may try clearing Office credentials and resetting OneDrive, then sign in OneDrive again to see the result:

    Go to Settings > Account > Access Work/School Accounts and remove the accounts.

    Remove saved credentials from the credentials manager.

    Reset OneDrive to check whether the issue still persists or not, you can follow this article Reset OneDrive

    Also try to Use an InPrivate / Incognito window and clear caches of the browser you are using (Chrome, Edge...etc)
