Change name in Microsoft

Hi

I am Supriyandi, i registered in onVue for Azure AI Engineer Associate Certifications 102 using email ******@gmail.com, but rejected because my registered name on the exam is different with my identity card.

Could you help me please change my name from Supriyandi Supriyandi to Supriyandi

You update your Legal name on your Microsoft Learn profile under Settings https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/settings

The exam registration name must match the legal name on the identity document. Name changes for certification and exam profiles cannot be done directly in the forum and require contacting the official support channels.

For Microsoft certifications and exams (including Azure AI Engineer Associate), use the dedicated credentials/certification support so an agent can review and correct the legal name on the profile and exam registration:

1. Go to the certification support page for help with profile and exam issues:
   • Use the guidance under certification support to open a case about updating the legal name on the exam/certification profile.
2. In the support request, clearly state:
   • Current (incorrect) exam name: “Supriyandi Supriyandi”
   • Correct legal name as on the ID: “Supriyandi”
   • That the exam was rejected because the registered name does not match the identity card.
3. Follow any instructions from support. They may ask for verification of identity before updating the legal name.
