Hello**santosh parajuli**
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
When investigated it looks like you’re hitting the renewal period for your Azure for Students subscription (offer ms-azr-0170p), which renews once every 12 months as long as you’re still an eligible student. Here’s what you can try:
Verify your student status
• Make sure you’re signing in with the same Microsoft account you used originally.
• Confirm that your school/organization email is still active and was used to validate your academic status.
Renew on the Azure for Students page
• Go to https://aka.ms/azure4students
• Click the “Renew now” (or “Get started”) button • Sign in, re-validate your school email when prompted, and complete the wizard.
Check for renewal emails
• Microsoft normally sends a reminder up to 30 days before your one-year anniversary.
• Look in your inbox (and spam folder) for a “Renew your Azure for Students” message.
If you don’t see a “Renew” option or hit errors
• In the Azure portal, open Help + support → New support request. • For Issue type pick “Subscription management” → “Renew Azure for Students subscription.” • Provide any error details or screenshots.
As a fallback, you can always upgrade to pay-as-you-go • In the Azure portal navigate to Subscriptions → select your student subscription → click “Upgrade” in the command bar. • Add a payment method and choose your support plan.
Hope this helps you get back up and running. If you run into specific error messages or don’t see the renewal button, let us know:
