To resolve the issue and complete registration for DP-900:
- Check whether the error matches this condition
- On the error page, look at the browser address bar (URL).
- If
ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCKappears in the URL, the Pearson VUE account is blocked and must be unblocked by Pearson VUE support.
- Contact Pearson VUE support
- Use the Pearson VUE support link provided through Microsoft Certification support at https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport.
- Explain that exam scheduling for DP-900 fails with an unexpected error and that
ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCKappears. - Pearson VUE support can review the account, clear the block, and confirm when scheduling is possible again.
- Retry scheduling after the block is lifted
- Once Pearson VUE confirms the block is removed, return to the Microsoft exam registration page for DP-900 and repeat the registration steps.
- The unexpected error after the address page should no longer occur.
