Exam rescheduling after an ID-related issue must be handled through the official support and exam delivery channels; it cannot be done from here.
To move forward:
- For exam appointment and scheduling issues (including rescheduling after being unable to test), contact the exam delivery partner directly:
- Use Pearson VUE Support for Microsoft exams: follow the "Pearson VUE Support" contact option under For Exam appointment and scheduling issues.
- If Pearson VUE indicates that the appointment status or voucher needs Microsoft intervention (for example, if the voucher was consumed and not reinstated), open a ticket with Microsoft Credentials Support:
- Go to the Credentials support page and use the GitHub Certifications section to reach the support team as directed.
- When contacting support, provide:
- Candidate ID and Registration ID
- Exam code (GH-300), language (English), and scheduled date/time
- A clear description that the exam could not be taken because the Aadhaar ID format was not accepted and that the proctor said an email to reschedule would be sent but has not arrived.
Only Pearson VUE and Microsoft Credentials Support can review the appointment status, determine voucher eligibility, and enable rescheduling.
