Bing Star bonus stuck

I already use bing as default search engine daily, read MSN news everyday, but my Bing Star bonus stuck at 60 points and not increasing after 1 month.

The Bing Star bonus is often capped at 60 points/month for some accounts in certain regions, this is not a bug, just the program rules.

You can actually check the status first by going to: https://rewards.microsoft.com

Next, login you account the find the Activity option and click it, from there you should see the information which points are credited and which are capped.

The Bing Star bonus and other Microsoft Rewards counters can stop increasing for several reasons that match what you describe:

1. The daily search counter may already be maximized
   • Level 1 members can earn points for up to 10 searches per day.
   • Level 2 members can earn points for up to 30 searches per day.
   • After the daily limit is reached, additional searches will not add points until the counter resets the next day.
2. Points may not be credited due to how searches are detected Microsoft Rewards does not credit points when:
   • Queries are entered by a bot, macro, or other automated means.
   • Activity appears to be coming from outside the current market (for example, when using a VPN), which violates the program policy.
3. Account or sync issues
   • Being signed in with a different Microsoft account than the one used for Rewards.
   • Browser data not syncing correctly with the Rewards database can cause the visible counter (such as the Bing Star bonus) to appear stuck.
4. Balance or dashboard display issues
   • If Give Mode is on, some points may be donated instead of appearing in the personal balance.
   • A different balance can appear on the dashboard if Give Mode is enabled.
