When will I get soft copy of exam certification - AZ 400.

I recently passed the AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions exam and have received the congratulatory email but I need to submit soft copy of certification to upload in my organization please

Exams are not certifications. The AZ-400 exam is only part of the requirements for the Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification. You must also hold an active Azure Administrator or Azure Developer Associate certification.

The soft copy of the AZ‑400 certification is available as soon as the exam result and certification are posted to the Microsoft Learn profile. It is not sent as a separate attachment; instead, it can be viewed and printed/downloaded from the Certifications area.

To get a soft copy (PDF/printable version):

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn: https://learn.microsoft.com/
2. Select the profile icon (top right) → Profile.
3. Go to Credentials → Certifications.
4. Select Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert or the AZ‑400 certification entry.
5. Click View Certification Details → Print.
   • Use the browser’s print dialog to save as PDF and upload this file to the organization.

If the certification does not appear even though the congratulatory email has been received, contact Microsoft Credentials Support so they can check the certification profile and exam history:

1. Go to https://aka.ms/credentialssupport.
2. Sign in with the same account used for the exam.
3. Complete the required details and submit a ticket.
