To proceed with the MD-102 certification and resolve blocking issues, follow these steps depending on what is failing (scheduling, profile, or missing credential):

    1. Confirm the correct certification and exam
    • MD-102 is the exam for the Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate certification.
    • Review the certification and exam details to ensure this is the correct path and to see requirements and scope: use the How to earn the certification and exam details links from the MD-102 study guide.
    1. Check Learn profile and sign-in account If scheduling or viewing the exam/certification is blocked, it can be due to profile or account issues:
    • Make sure sign-in is with the correct Microsoft account on Microsoft Learn.
    • If there are multiple Learn profiles (work/school and personal), verify which one is used for exam registration and certification tracking.
    • If a previous exam or certification is missing or not appearing, follow the guidance in Missing Exams or Certifications to:
      • Confirm the credential requirements.
      • Verify that the correct login account is used.
      • Try other accounts that might have been used when registering for exams.
    1. Verify exam appointment status If the block appears when trying to schedule or if an earlier attempt failed:
    • Check the Certification Dashboard to see if there is an existing or failed appointment.
    • If an appointment exists but needs to be changed, use the dashboard or contact Pearson VUE Support as described in the training and certification update FAQ.
    1. Use official support for account or blocking errors Since a blocking error is shown in the screenshot and cannot be resolved from the portal alone, open a support request with the dedicated credentials support team:
    • Go to Credentials support | Microsoft Learn via the credentials support link.
    • Sign in with the same account used for MD-102.
    • Complete the required profile details (if prompted), then return to the same link so that Product Family: Learning and Service: Microsoft Credential are preselected.
    • Submit a ticket describing:
      • That MD-102 is required but scheduling or access is blocked.
      • The exact error text from the screenshot.
      • The email/account used for Microsoft Learn and exam registration.

If the issue is specifically that the exam was already passed but the certification is not visible (for example, if the block is about eligibility or status), also:

    • Follow the Missing Exams or Certifications article steps.
    • If still unresolved, contact Microsoft Credentials Support using the same support link.

Until the support team clears the block on the profile or account, MD-102 scheduling or certification processing cannot proceed; only they can correct profile, name, or account linkage issues.
