Hello, I been trying for a week or more now to recover my hacked microsoft account, i tried microsoft support, xbox support, minecraft support, even the recovery form nothing worked, no one is responding and no updates on my issue with SIR number, I have proof that i own that account i even purchased minecraft in 2015 and i still have the transaction ID, i want my original account back not a new account so please is there a chance i can still recover it? The recovery form got me a link to my gmail email that i tried for a week now yet keeps giving me that a transaction issue occurred.
if there is any further information needed for this please let me know.

    Hi Shaheen Ahmad,

I understand how frustrating this has been, especially after more than a week of trying to recover a compromised account without success. I also see that a Q&A Assist answer has already outlined the standard recovery paths and limitations for hacked Microsoft accounts, which generally reflects how recovery works for personal accounts.

Please note that this is a user‑to‑user forum. Contributors here do not have access to Microsoft’s internal systems and are not able to unlock accounts, remove suspensions, or override account recovery decisions. The role here is to help explain the process and guide you to the appropriate support channel.

Based on your description, your account was hacked and the official account recovery form was submitted and reviewed but returned as denied. In hacked‑account scenarios, accounts are often flagged as high risk or restricted, which can prevent successful recovery. You also mentioned that the account is now suspended, which further limits the available recovery options.

Given that, the remaining supported step is to contact Microsoft Support directly for a review, using the steps below.

1, Visit the Microsoft Support contact page: Contact - Microsoft Support

2, In the search bar provided on the page, type "Account recovery" and press Enter.

3, Click on the "Get Help" button that appears.

4, Scroll down the page until you see and click on the "Contact Support" option.

5, When prompted to select your product or service, choose "Other Products".

6, For the category, choose "Manage account security".

7, Look for and click on "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".

8, Confirm your personal email when prompted - this is the email Microsoft will use to communicate with you during and after the support session.

9, When connected, clearly explain your situation. Be concise but include all relevant details.

I hope this helps clarify your current status and the remaining steps you can take.

If the Microsoft account has been hacked and the security information (email/phone, authenticator, etc.) has been changed, the only supported way to recover it is through the official self‑service recovery tools. Support agents cannot override or bypass these processes, even if transaction IDs or other proof of ownership are available.

Use this sequence and verify each step has been completed exactly as required:

    1. Run through the hacked‑account troubleshooter
    2. Use the Microsoft account recovery form correctly
      • If normal password reset does not work, use the account recovery form: https://account.live.com/acsr (also linked as the “Account recovery form” in the guidance).
      • Complete it from a device and location previously used to sign in to the account (home/office network, same PC/phone) as recommended in the recovery guidance.
      • Provide as much accurate information as possible: old passwords, approximate creation date, services used, billing details, and any other details requested.
      • After submission, Microsoft sends the result to the alternate email entered on the form within about 24 hours.
      • If the request is not granted, it is allowed to try again, up to two times per day. Before retrying, review the official tips for filling out the form to improve the accuracy of the answers.
    3. If the recovery form is unsuccessful
      • If the account recovery form continues to fail, and the hacker has replaced the security information, there is no other supported method to recover that specific Microsoft account. Support (including Outlook, Xbox, and Minecraft support) cannot change account details or send manual reset links.
      • The “Account recovery unsuccessful” guidance explicitly states that if the automated process cannot verify ownership, the account cannot be recovered, even if more evidence is available.
    4. About Minecraft/Xbox purchases
      • Minecraft or Xbox support can sometimes help with game‑specific access or licenses, but they cannot override Microsoft account security or restore a Microsoft account that the recovery system does not verify.

In summary, there is a chance to recover the original account only if the account recovery form eventually verifies ownership. If it continues to be declined after carefully following the official guidance and using known devices/locations, the account is treated as unrecoverable and a new Microsoft account is the only option going forward.
