i was charged fr a micrsft 365 subscription that i did not intend to renew it has been ess than 14 days seens the charge i request a fu refund and cancellation f the subscribtion-

To cancel the Microsoft 365 subscription and check eligibility for a refund, follow these steps:

1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365 and sign in with the same Microsoft account that was charged.
2. Under Services & subscriptions, find the Microsoft 365 subscription that was renewed.
3. Select Manage.
   • If instead of Manage it shows Turn on recurring billing, the subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and won’t renew again.
4. On the subscription page, select Cancel (it may appear as Upgrade or Cancel).
5. Scroll through and follow the on-screen instructions to complete cancellation.

Refund notes:

• For Microsoft 365 Basic, Personal, Family, or Premium purchased from Microsoft, refund eligibility is shown during the cancellation flow after signing in and selecting Cancel.
• If the subscription was purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store, contact their support directly for cancellation or refund instead of Microsoft.
• In some countries (including Canada, Israel, Korea, Turkey, and certain EU countries for longer renewed subscriptions), canceling may entitle to a prorated refund. Details are shown during cancellation.
