    Hi!

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

You cannot consolidate or merge Microsoft accounts into one.

    According to official policy:

    You cannot merge accounts

You cannot transfer subscriptions, purchases, or data between accounts

You cannot combine identities into one login

Microsoft personal accounts cannot be merged or combined into a single account, and items like purchases, subscriptions, game progress, gamertags, and account balances cannot be transferred from one Microsoft account to another. Each account must continue to exist separately, but they can be used side by side.

    Practical options to “consolidate” usage:

    1. Use one primary Microsoft account going forward
      • Choose which Microsoft account will be the main one for subscriptions and sign-ins.
      • For Microsoft 365 Family, share the subscription from the primary account with up to 5 other accounts instead of moving everything into one. This gives them full subscription benefits while keeping data separate. See Share your subscription in the combining-accounts article.
    2. Add multiple accounts into the same apps and devices
      • Outlook: Add all email accounts (Microsoft, Gmail, work/school) into Outlook so mail is managed in one place, even though accounts stay separate. See Add accounts to Outlook.
      • OneDrive: Sign in with both personal and work/school accounts in OneDrive and copy/drag files between them as needed. Storage remains separate. See OneDrive section.
      • Windows PC: Add multiple user accounts on the same PC so each account has its own files and settings but can be accessed from one device.
      • Edge/Xbox/Family Safety: Use multiple profiles or a Family group to organize accounts without merging them.
    3. How to speak with someone at Microsoft
      • For help choosing which account to keep as primary, managing subscriptions, or billing questions, contact Microsoft Support:
        • Use the “Get Help” / “Contact support” flow on the Microsoft Support site (web or the Get Help app on Windows) to reach a support agent by chat or request a call back.
        • For phone support, use the published Customer service phone numbers page and follow the prompts to reach the correct team (typically Microsoft 365 & Office → Manage my subscription / account).

Support agents cannot merge accounts or move purchases/data between them, but they can:

    • Help cancel or move subscriptions so they are billed only on the primary account.
    • Help investigate or adjust billing where appropriate.
