GH-200 Certification

Question

I have taken a GH-200 certification in September 2025 and I have merged my personal email account along with my accenture mail id. I am unable to find my certificate here. Where shall I?

GH-200 and other Microsoft certifications are now visible directly in the Microsoft Learn profile, not in the old Certification Dashboard.

Since the personal and Accenture accounts have already been merged, use these steps:

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the merged account and go to the Credentials page: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab.
2. Check the Certifications tab for the GH-200 certification. Certificates can no longer be downloaded as separate files; instead, open the certification and use the browser’s Print → Save as PDF option to keep a copy, as described in the credential sharing guidance.
3. If the GH-200 certification is still missing, follow the guidance for Missing Exams or Certifications:
   • Confirm that the correct Learn profile is being used (especially after merging accounts).
   • Try signing in with any other account that might have been used when registering for the exam.
4. If it does not appear after this and the exam was definitely passed, contact Microsoft Credentials Support using the support link in the Missing Certifications article so they can investigate the profile and exam mapping.
