We have an issue with our public IP address, where it is incorrectly being picked up as located in Nieuw-Vennep, Noord-Holland, NL, where it should be reported as in the UK.

Can anyone help with this request get picked up by the right team?

Who is your internet supplier?

Is it a British supplier or based in the EU?

The line provider is Gamma, who is UK based

In addition. Have you tried setting a Default location in Settings > Privacy & security > Default location, select Set Default.

Have you asked Gamma or checked your outward facing IP address using an Internet service. I can see with an online search there is Gamma Communications Nederland B.V. perhaps there is some mix up with the IP you have been allocated.

In the meantime I'll look to see if this can answered using different tags but it will depend on where your IP address is registereded
