I keep getting email from 'Microsoft Cashback maccount@microsoft.com' with the subject of 'Your Microsoft Cashback Monthly Statement'. It says I have $17.06 balance.

Is this legit?

Hi! Let me help you with this.To see if you really have the amount in your account.

    Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments?lang=en-US&refd=account.microsoft.com

On Payment options, look for your Microsoft Account Balance.

The email could or could not be a phishing email.

If you are unsure whether you have applied/registered for Microsoft Cashback you can check out your Cashback account at https://www.bing.com/shop/deals/cashbackand there you should also see the 17$ balance.

Under any circumstances, I wouldn’t click any links in the email.
