Can't find onedrive files

I uploaded files to a onedrive account but can't figure out which account it was under. I did upgrade storage if that helps.

Hi! Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with this situation. Could you please share how you uploaded these files? Was it through an app? If so, you need to open that app again, and your account should already be signed in there. If the files were uploaded from a folder on your PC, you should see a OneDrive icon near the clock in the taskbar. Click it, and it should show your account information.

I logged in with my account (******@oracle.com) which is under a work section. I then copied the files up.

Thanks for the clarification. If you signed in the Work or school section and then copied the files up, that suggests the files were uploaded to OneDrive for work or school tied to that organization, not to a personal OneDrive.

To check, sign in to Microsoft 365 with that work account and open OneDrive there, or open the OneDrive app on the PC, go to the cloud icon > Settings > Account, and review which account is connected. The blue OneDrive icon also indicates a work or school account.

The storage upgrade dont help identify the files, so the key is to check the oracle.com work account first. If you can no longer access that account, or if the organization has multiple Microsoft 365 tenants, you would need to contact that organization’s IT admin so they can confirm which tenant your Oracle account belongs to and whether your OneDrive files are still available there.
