Hey there! Nice to meet you!

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.

The only way to recover a hacked account is through the official Microsoft troubleshooter guide:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-recover-a-hacked-or-compromised-microsoft-account-24ca907d-bcdf-a44b-4656-47f0cd89c245

If the account recovery web form doesn't work, and if the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

Follow these steps immediately to try to get the Microsoft account back and secure it:

    1. Use the official hacked-account helper
      • Go to the Microsoft Sign-in Helper for hacked accounts: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2196140
      • Enter the email or phone for the Microsoft account that was kicked out.
      • Follow the on-screen steps. It will either give self-help options or a way to contact support.
    2. If you can still sign in sometimes
      • Go to the Security basics page: https://account.microsoft.com/security
      • Select Review activity and check Recent activity for sign-ins that are not yours. Mark them as This wasn’t me or Secure your account as described in the unusual sign-in article.
      • Then select Change password and set a strong new password.
    3. If you cannot sign in at all
      • On the Microsoft sign-in page, choose Forgot my password.
      • Select I think someone else is using my Microsoft account and follow the recovery steps.
      • If the hacker changed the security info and the recovery form keeps failing, the account may not be recoverable. Several official answers confirm that if the security info has been replaced and the recovery form fails, there is no other method to restore the account.
    4. After (or if) access is restored
      • Go to Advanced security options for the Microsoft account.
      • Add another way to sign in or verify (extra email or phone) so recovery is easier next time.
      • Make sure all verification phone numbers and emails are up to date.

If the recovery form or Sign-in Helper does not allow recovery, official guidance states that Microsoft Support cannot bypass these protections or manually restore the account.
