I want to cancel a Microsoft 365 renewal but cannot do so online.

i recieved this renewal notice. i signed into the accoutn assoicated with the email bwing ******@me.com. The subscripiton does not appear there so I have no ability to cancel the renewal. The order number for last year's orde was 9e62e284-7c87-421c-bddb-96f876d1c79d. Please help

    Based on what you described, it’s very likely that the Microsoft 365 subscription is linked to a different Microsoft account than the one you’re currently signed in with.

    • Try signing in with any other email addresses you may have used. Sometimes, subscriptions are accidentally purchased using a different account.
