Hi, for over 6 days now, since I wrote my PL-900 exam and passed, I have not received the certification yet. I can't find it either in the credential tab or the transcript. Please advise.

I logged in using both my school and personal email, which are linked to the same account. I did not see the certificate. I did not receive a congratulatory email either.

For a PL-900 exam passed more than 24 hours ago, the certification should normally appear automatically. Since it has been over 6 days and it is not visible under Credentials or Transcript, follow these steps:

    1. Confirm the correct Learn account is being used
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn and make sure the profile matches the account used when registering for the PL-900 exam.
      • If there are multiple Microsoft accounts (personal, work, or school), sign out and try each one. Exam results can be associated with a different profile than expected.
      • Check which email received the exam “congratulations” or confirmation message and use the profile linked from that email.
    2. Verify the certification status in the Certification Dashboard
      • Go to the Certification Dashboard (see “Access your Certification Dashboard”).
      • Check whether the PL-900 exam result is listed and whether a certificate is available.
      • If the certification requires only this single exam (as PL-900 does), the certificate should be available once the exam is passed and processed.
    3. Check transcript and certifications in Learn
      • In the Learn profile, open Transcript and verify whether the PL-900 certification or exam appears there.
      • Open CredentialsCertifications and confirm whether PL-900 is listed.
    4. If the certification is still missing, open a support ticket
      • Since the result is older than 24 hours and not visible, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
      • Use the guidance under How to contact support / For all other Microsoft Certification issues, and submit a request through Credentials Support so the team can check the exam record, account linkage, and certification issuance.

These steps are the supported path when an exam is passed but the certification does not appear in the Learn profile or transcript after the normal processing window.
